This is a completely self-paced course. All materials will be available at the time of registration. TO supplement the course you will be a part of the Food and Body Freedom Community which is updated weekly and active for all members to help reduce the feeling of isolation in recovery.
The Food and Body Freedom Strategy is based on the curriculum Amanda has been using to help men and women (including herself!) heal their relationship with food for years. She has combined her extensive knowledge in nutrition with her personal experience to create a program that challenges how you've viewed food and nutrition up until this point. She also utilizes her experience as a certified fitness instructor to help you discover how physical activity can become a healthy part of YOUR lifestyle. Amanda has personally experienced how challenging but rewarding this journey can be and knows that if you put in the work, this course WILL transform your life.

Yes! You have the option to schedule private 1:1 calls with Amanda at a reduced rate by being a member of the Food and Body Freedom Strategy. Scheduling is available once you are inside the program.
